Court Ordered Testing

Drug testing is a key component of drug court programs. APSS offers a variety of private, discreet testing programs to meet court, attorney and individual specific needs.

Example of services provided by the Drug Court:

1. Upon application for admission to the drug court the applicant has a clinical assessment to determine the appropriate testing program
2. The four-phase drug treatment program integrates substance abuse treatment, sanctions and incentives.
3. In coordination with a drug court judge, the drug court staff utilizes criminal justice partnerships to assist the defendant.

For the court-referred client we offer a 24/7, 365 day-a-year call-in Hot Line for random alcohol and urine tests.
